Low Season: From 1 February to 30 April and from 15 October to 23 December (Pasqua not included).

Apartment 4 person:
Euro 105,00 per day.
One week euro 500,00.
Additional price per person per day for halfboard (breakfast + meal): Euro 24,00.

Mid season: From 1 May to 30 June and from 1 September to 14 October.

Apartment 2 person:

One week: Euro 440,00.

Apartment 4 person:
Euro 110,00 per day.
One week euro 540,00.
Additional price per person per day for halfboard (breakfast + meal): Euro 24,00.

High season: From 1 July to 31 August and Pasqua,Christmas,31 december.

If halfboard is not required, the charge for breakfast is Euro 3,00 per person per day.

Discounts and Reductions:
Additional bed Euro 13,00 per day.
Babies 0-3 years, free use of cot but bedlinen not provided.

Children from 4 to 12 years 30% reduction on halfboard charges.

Included in the price:
Light, gas, heating.
Change of bedlinen and towels every 3/4 days.

Not included in the price: Daily cleaning upon request Euro 10.00 per day.

Weekly cleaning and/or final cleaning Euro 14,00.

Our Holiday Farm can accommodate up to 12/14 guests in apartments consisting of one double bedroom, large bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with comfortable sofa bed, kitchenette with 4 cooking rings and complete set of tableware.

Each apartment also has its own satellite television and an outside terrace with table and umbrella from where a fine view can be enjoyed over the surrounding countryside.

The apartments are furnished with new and comfortable furniture.

Cots and small beds are available for children under five years old.

Outside there is a playground for the youngest children while adults can pleasantly relax on the apartment terraces and enjoy the view.

There are a variety of wonderful and effortless walks both in the woods and along the river which enable those who wish to be close to nature to go as far as the steep and rugged necropolis at Norchia.
