Grignano Holiday Farm is located within an organic farm of about 7 hectares producing extravirgin olive oil, vegetables, fruit, and animal fodder.

The farm also has a modern livestock sector with bullocks,pigs and farmyard animals.

The farm has a modern workshop that produces and packs jams, pulped tomatoes, plum tomatoes, and ready to use sauces; all strictly organic.

Agricultural crops are grown both in the open field and in greenhouses and are partly irrigated with water drawn from the rio Grignano that borders the cultivated fields.

Our farm’s organic products are used in the restaurant service as a guarantee of quality and authenticity for all our guests.
