The Grignano Holiday Farm is the result of the proprietor’s love for nature and its most authentic products.

This is a young enterprise, established in 1996 with the recovery of an agricultural estate that had been abandoned for years in the vicinity of Vetralla in Province of Viterbo, and located in a border area where the last remaining houses give way to a still unspoilt countryside.

The delicate shadow of oak woods surrounds the modern farm, retaining a countryside atmosphere and at the same time fully respecting the original environment.

The Holiday Farm is located within an organic farm of about 7 hectares that not only produces olive oil, vegetables, fruit, and forage but also raises bullocks, pigs and farmyard animals..

The farm has a modern workshop that produces and packs jams, pulped tomatoes, plum tomatoes, and ready to use sauces; all strictly organic.
